APPLICATION/CONTRACT DUE BY MAY 1, 2019. If space is available, any applications received after this deadline must include an additional $15 processing fee. Any incomplete or incorrect application received before the deadline, but not corrected by June 1, 2019 will also be subject to the $15 processing fee. Payment for applications/contracts received after June 1, 2019 must be in the form of a cashiers check or postal money order. Any returned check will be charged a $25 NSF fee. No refunds will be granted after you have been notified of acceptance or after June 1, 2019, whichever comes first. Please note: Your cashed check indicates acceptance.

ACCEPTANCE/CONFIRMATION: Vendors whose application/contract has been received by May 1, 2019 will be notified by an authorized representative of MAPLE VALLEY DAYS VOLUNTEER COMMITTEE no later than June 1, 2019. The notification will indicate acceptance and approval of items that may be sold by the vendor. Application/contracts received after the deadline will receive confirmation as soon as possible.

FIRE RULES: Be sure to read the Fire Rules included in the Rules and Regulations for detailed information.

APPLICANT agrees to obey all laws, regulations and ordinances of the United States of America, State of Washington, King County, the City of Maple Valley, any governmental agency or entity, and the Rules and Regulations of MAPLE VALLEY DAYS 2019 and MAPLE VALLEY DAYS VOLUNTEER COMMITTEE.

ATTORNEY FEES: If any action is commenced to enforce and of the provisions of this agreement, the prevailing party shall, in addition to its other remedies, be entitled to recover its reasonable attorney fees.

INTERPRETATION: This Agreement has been submitted to the scrutiny of all parties hereto and their counsel, if desired, and shall be given a fair and reasonable interpretation in accordance with the words hereof, without consideration or weight being given to its having been drafted by any party hereto or its counsel.

GOVERNING LAW: This Agreement shall be governed, construed and enforced by laws of the State of Washington. The parties agree in the event that legal action is undertaken to enforce, construe or interpret any portion of the Agreement, then the venue shall be in King County, Washington.

INCORPORATION BY REFERENCE: It is understood and agreed that all of the terms and provisions of the Rules and Regulations of this festival are incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth and breech or other violation by applicant or representative of any said Rules and Regulations shall constitute a breech of this agreement.

APPLICANT ACKNOWLEDGES he/she has received a copy of the Rules and Regulations of this festival, has read and understood same and agrees to be bound by all of the provisions contained therein by signing this application/contract.
